How to talk to people you know:

1 – Fast Start Action Plan with COI (Centre of influence, people you know)

2 – Make a date and time for a Grand Opening / Launch Party
(a)  A Grand Opening is like a social cocktail “party” that you invite your WARM MARKET to in order to let them know about your products and your new business. In other words, all the people that you know are the people you will invite to all your Grand Openings.
(b)  Invite everybody you know. Also see book 2 page 26 of your career manual. Who should you contact? See book 2 page 17 of your career manual
(c)   Grand Opening Parties are lots of FUN! They are also seriously effective! More and more distributors are sharing their success using this marketing method. You just cannot ignore the snow-ball effect that can happen if you do this properly. That is the key though…….don’t do one Grand opening and then think that you’ve finished! Do 3-10 grand openings in different locations (i.e. workplace, home, partners place, etc.) The Distributors, who are having the success, do regular Grand Openings. Success does NOT come from one evening’s work!  

3 – Working your COI Name list
(a)   Suggest that you revisit your Free Business COI list regularly once you are in the business to pick up on any new contacts that you have made, and of course to follow up on old contacts who didn’t act on your previous offers. In addition you must never forget that every single person that you know has their own ever changing  centre of influence and that if you are forward thinking enough to request referrals from each, even if they are personally not interested, very often they can lead you to other people who are. This ever widening pool of potential prospects can be a very useful and valuable source of business to you.
(b)  Remember that the business that you generate from this group of people is all FREE of charge.
(c)   Advertising on the other hand costs money. Just to give you a rough idea, the cost of generating a new retail customer with PAID advertising is approximately R45 - R65 and a new distributor to join your team, R350 - R500. That means that every customer that you get from Free Business saves you R45 - R65 and every distributor that you recruit in the same way saves you R350 - R500.
(d)  So, NEVER turn your back on the value of becoming a master at getting maximum FREE BUSINESS! Referrals are like GOLD in your business! See “Bill Meisner Gold Plan”. This works when you follow the step by step plan designed.

4 – Success Tip: 
(a)   Use the products in front of people, friends, family, at the office, during hobbies, everywhere, etc… When they ask out of curiosity, tell them your story and show other stories from your pitch book, then set up a meeting/appointment - using presentation methods from above.
